Lack of Personnel to Clean High Traffic Areas of Patient Wards

Cleaning high traffic areas on patient wards requires frequent and detailed cleaning, but most locations do not enough personnel to support the extra custodial efforts. Examples of high traffic areas include surfaces like doorknobs, handrails, nursing stations, bathrooms, walls, waiting areas, etc.

Please share any additional details about this challenge that will help the Maker Teams design a solution

Any way to make cleaning these areas more efficient and/or effective would be extremely valuable for custodial staff, and will do more to protect patients and clinical staff!

Would you be available to answer questions as the Maker Teams work on their designs to the challenge(s) described here?

Yes
