Safe visitation/socializing

As one nursing home employee noted, the elderly can actually die from loneliness. There is a pressing need for a solution that allows loved ones to safely interact with residents rather than speaking to them only through an iPad or plexiglass. 

Please share any additional details about this challenge that will help the Maker Teams design a solution
